Guidelines of the Competition

• Each band should have at least 3 and a maximum of 8 students.
• Performance Guidelines -
  Selection Round - 2 cover songs (15 minutes maximum, including sound check)
  Finals - 2 songs (8 minutes of performance time)
  (Sound Check will be done 1 day prior to the event)
• All participants must have a valid school ID or a letter from the school signed by the Principal.
• For the Finals, students can play their own instruments or use the provided instruments:
  Guitar (2-3 electric)
  Bass
  Piano (2, I-455 Keyboards)
  Drums (high end, 5-piece drum kit)
  All microphones

Additional Rules

• All participating school bands must be accompanied by their school music teacher.
• During the competition, school teachers will monitor and be responsible for the students of their school.
• Band members should remain the same for the selection and the final rounds.
• Each person can participate in a single band only.
• Deadline for entry is November 1st, 2019.
